Mother's Day is this Sunday, somehow these holidays always creep up on me. We typically take my mom out to brunch and a little shopping. Unfortunately, everyone else does this too and finding a brunch place becomes more difficult each year. Some years brunch is pretty casual and some years it's at a little nicer place. I am not entirely sure what I plan to wear this year but this is one option I am seriously considering. I recently got this Tobi top and am loving this lavender color. The color is in the same vein to me as blush in that it is the perfect color for Spring. This detail in the front is supposed to go around the back of your neck, but I really liked how it fell in the front so I left it like that. This little detail makes it more interesting than your average cami. The back has a deep V so this could easily translate into a top for a date night or out with the girls.  It is lined with a tan on the I decided to dress it up with this printed blazer that I just can't quit. I got it about 1 1/2 years ago and although I don't wear it often I always love it when I do. With my new favorite jeggings and these trusty nude heels to help balance out all the color on top. I am really into layering my necklaces right now and I basically wear this choker from Uncommon James every day. I recently got this flat gold necklace from local favorite Apricot Lane. It is so painfully 90s and I love it so much. It is definitely getting worked regularly into the rotation.
