Whoo hoo it's Saturday! Time for a little R & R. Well actually this weekend the man and I are doing some serious work around the house, but I hope you all get to do something fun. 

Last weekend I kicked it off by visiting the Grand Opening of a new boutique in St. Paul called Niche. It's a women-owned, ethically made fashion boutique. Also, the price points are amazing! Most ethically made boutiques I have visited are just out of my price range so I was pleasantly surprised when not only was this ethical and chic, but affordable too!

This tee caught my eye immediately. A great boxy striped tee. Seemingly simple but when seen up close drastically different. The stripes are actually a textured material.  I like that the shape is a little on the cropped side and I think it looks best with a high waisted jean, but you wouldn't need to. Super comfy and a bit oversized which I love. The front pocket detail is a nice little touch too. Also, it was $30! Super steal.  The boutique had a million other things I loved too including some of the softest sweatshirts I have ever felt in my life and the cutest leopard print dress. I could have gone home in debt, but I resisted.

I paired this top with the best 'mom' jeans I have ever laid eyes on. I linked some similar options but these are the most flattering pants in the world. I cinched the waist in with this belt, the Gucci dupe from Amazon that I basically wear every single day. These Lucky Brand booties I bought last year are gone but I found a few similar pairs. These were another 'goes with everything' purchase. It's amazing how many places I could wear them. 

I think this is the perfect, effortless weekend look. Whether you are out shopping, grabbing lunch or just hanging out it keeps you chic and comfortable.
