This has been a weird weather week. It started out with some beautiful days, sunny and warm. Then Wednesday and Thursday came with rain and cold. The rain was aggressive, like slapping you in the face. Basically felt like late October and I was none too pleased. Such is Spring in Minnesota. You just have to be prepared at all times for any type of weather pattern that could exist in the universe.

I am not ready to whip out a warmer coat so my heavier cardigans have been getting a workout. This favorite from Express and I love it! It looks like a blazer but made out of a sweater type polyester.  It goes with everything and immediately classes something up. I definitely wore this all winter. It's also the perfect piece to layer over a sleeveless top for work. It's cold but not cold enough to wear two heavier layers. A sleeveless tank like this one from Target is the best piece here and I am obsessed with this rust color. I was coveting this top forever and I finally caved. I don't know why I mean it's only $8! This whole look is almost brought to you by Target and I didn't realize that until was writing this blog. I bought these high waist kick flares on a lunch break. I thought these would be fun for spring/summer at the office and high waist= life! These shoes I bought last year and they are back in stock. You all need them. I love how they make my foot look, I can't quite explain it, but I just think these shoes are sexy. I never thought I would say that about flats, welcome to your 30s ladies and gents ;)
