Happy Wednesday party people! So I have to admit I have been sitting on this look for a couple of weeks. I promise it's worth it. A few weeks ago we went out to dinner for my sister's birthday. She picked this cool taco place in St. Paul, Nico's Taco and Tequila Bar . I wasn't sure how fancy it was, but honestly, there are so few opportunities for me to get dressed up so I took it. This boutique recently opened up in a town nearby and I went to check it out.

This top is a little different for me. I have to be honest, I'm not normally a flutter sleeve kind of gal but this one got me. Often times a flutter sleeve adds a lot of bulk. This one is more draped and kind of sexy. It just lays so flatteringly and moves in the breeze. I like when my clothes have good movement, call me crazy.  I couldn't find this exact top but maybe they would have it in store. It's kind of a leopard print, but a very light mauve color. Super gorgeous and perfect for a summer evening. It is a little cropped, more so than I realized. I would have thought about upping the size for length but then it would have been too big in the bust. I am also on the taller end so they may be less of an issue for some. I do like that it is fitted in the bodice, just creates a beautiful shape. Helps with that hourglass ;) I wanted to keep it very light and summery so I paired it with these high waisted jeans from Abercrombie. Legit the only white jean I have found in years that I love. These are more of a legging so a lot of good stretch. Topped it off with my go-to block heels, some fringe earrings and this classic fossil bag. I had a great night!
