I have a problem with buying too much makeup. I texted my make up guru the other day if there was something else I needed for an event over the weekend. She told me clearly  I didn't need anything else that I have enough makeup, which is true. I have been waiting for this one palette but it is kind of expensive so  I have been dragging my feet. I have desperately been in need of more browns in my eyeshadows. There was a time I had too many browns and forced myself to buy other colors. Now I find myself with not enough variety of browns. Problems, am I right?

I was at Ulta the other day in an attempt to correct this problem. I was walking around and had a more expensive palette in my hand. Not exactly what I wanted but I really needed some brown tones (read: 'need' as just wanted really bad) I was about ready to check out when I saw the Colourpop heading on an end cap. I own a couple of matte lips from them and I love them! I am sure I am not the first person to introduce you to their products. I love that the cost is totally affordable without sacrificing gorgeous colors, pigmentation, and packaging. I honestly do not know how they do it. I do tend to struggle to order beauty online unless I already know what it is so beyond some lip colors I haven't committed. Ulta is now carrying a few of the Colourpop products in the store. I could not have been happier. They are carrying a few eyeshadow palettes, some singles, and some gorgeous matte lips. I also picked up this little matte lip  in the color Times Square. A great, brownish nude.

I also settled on the palette Double Entendre for all the warm brown tones and for $16 it cannot be beaten. If you are looking for an alternative to the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette, this is a great lower price option but with a couple better dark browns. I have worn it almost every day since I got it. I cannot get over how beautiful the warm colors are. Some warm creams, taupes, oranges and a couple great metallics. One is more golden and I love to use it on the corner of my eye for daytime. Just adds some fun sparkle and dimension. The other is more brown and punches up the look for night time. It is really a versatile palette and I foresee it being my go-to for the summer. They also have some other palettes with more bright colors and this one that is an online only!
