Fancy Wednesday

Today's outfit is brought to you by: My Need to be Fancy. It is not typical for me to dress up at work. Kids are typically more conducive to getting spit on. However, some days I throw caution to the wind, grab my Shout stick and off I go. I love an outfit that makes me feel like I am in a different place. This look reminds me of someone working in the fashion district of New York at Elle Magazine or Diane VonFurstenberg.  When I wear this outfit I walk with a little more confidence, mostly because the high waist skirt highlights the narrowest part of my torso. It's also tight enough to be flattering but not so tight it creates an unsightly silhouette. I also love the classic cut of this bow top from Target. It has the chiffon, flowy quality without the sheerness. Lastly, I have been wearing these boots this Fall and Winter like they are going out of style! They are incredibly comfortable and secure to walk around in all day. They add just enough edge to an otherwise preppy look.

I love a monochromatic look -- whether all black, all white or an all neutral outfit! :-) https://hideorgochic.wordpress.com
