Happy Friday! I am ready for this weekend. I think I say that every Friday and every Friday I mean it :).

In lieu of a typical H54F post I have a special treat for you all so keep reading.

It was a busy week and as each week of pregnancy wears on I can tell it is getting harder and harder to not only keep my energy up, but to keep  my fashion on point. I always promised myself if I was pregnant I would work hard to stay chic. I don't see any reason us ladies have to lose out on fashion purely because I am carrying another human. I do wear the occasional sweatpant and by occasional I mean every night when I get home from work. But during the day, believe me, I try to keep it fashion.

Enter PinkBlush  I came across their site when searching for cute, moderately priced maternity wear. I was in particular looking for something for Thanksgiving. I knew I would need something really extra forgiving this year. Anyone watch Friends? Remember the year Joey wore Phoebe's maternity pants for Thanksgiving? That's kind of how I felt. Instead of multicolored pants that would be great for "shoplifting melons" I figured I would go for a dress. Dresses have been my saving grace this pregnancy and figured it would be my best bet to get through a big holiday feast.

Picking from a long list of maternity dresses  was no easy feat. I eventually chose this Striped Button Up Midi Maternity Dress because I am sucker for stripes and a midi cut. I like this especially for pregnancy because it is a flattering silhouette covering up all the areas I want. This dress is so comfortable. I am secretly hoping it will still kind of fit post-pregnancy because of this. It is made of rayon and spandex so it comfortably stretches without losing its shape. I was worried initially that it would stretch throughout the day and become unflattering but not such thing occurred. I am also super into this olive color right now. I don't know what it is, I just love this color but it also comes in black, blue and red. The red could be really fun for the holiday season! I also love that it is casual and simple so I can mix and match many accessories. I layered a few necklaces and this scarf to add some dimension or you could keep it really simple whatever you prefer.
