Happy Monday! I hope you all had a merry and fun Christmas holiday with your family or friends. My weekend was full of time with families and was incredibly busy. There was a lot so just a quick recap.

Christmas Eve began by desperately trying to get myself out of bed. We planned to go to the gym because we knew we would be eating ourselves into oblivion for the next two days. It was really hard with these little pups being as adorable as they were.

Saturday early afternoon we went to D's parent's house. They have a 'open door' policy on Christmas Eve where anyone can come. His immediately family is there along with his grandmother and grandfather. D's mom bakes the best cookies and makes her famous two soups: potato and wild rice. So good. After we ran back to our house to do some gift opening with my immediate family. We put Eva in her little Christmas sweater , which she hated. We opened gifts and my little niece was super cute opening hers. She repeats everything now so when my sister was helping her open she would say "what could it be?" and my niece would repeat in the sweetest, softest voice. So cute. After we headed to my Uncle's house to do a little more celebrating and gift opening before heading home.

Oh and I feel enormous now, 32 weeks

Sunday morning we headed up to D's parent's early to do brunch and gifts with them. There are now six kids on that side so things get a little nuts. It's fun to watch the kids open and get super excited about things. You remember when you were a kid doing the same thing and Christmas was magical. They were all super sweet and well behaved, making sure to thank everyone after. I also snapped a little selfie with my newest little niece. She was so good for two days, hardly fussing and super smiley!

After we had to head home quick to let out the pups, then back to my parent's for dinner.  I was pretty stuffed but my mom makes chinese food and it's amazing so I made room. My poor niece wasn't feeling well and got  a little fussy. We hung around for a bit to watch some holiday classics before heading home to cuddle with our pups. I put on my new Gap lounge sweater and felt like I had a holiday hangover.

Christmas day I kept my look pretty casual. I used my new Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette and Tarte Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip paint for my make up look.

I wanted to be casual Christmas Day. Christmas Eve was more fancy (I will post more on this look later.) I liked this ASOS striped tee, the stripes are a deep red so I figured it was festive. I layered with my new vest from Stitch Fix (also more on this later) to keep warm and cover my stomach. I paired with my favorite maternity jeans. They fit almost like a legging so are super comfortable. I added a little holiday cheer with this statement necklace and my red Kate Spade. I also have some red/brown ankle boots from Target that match the stripes almost perfectly. I was comfortable (well as comfortable as you are at 32 weeks) all day.
