Now it is November we are well into Fall and looking towards Winter. Well, at least in Minnesota we are. At this time of year it is all about layers and accessories. This is probably my favorite part of Fall. This is the only part I like besides the beautiful red and orange leaves. For this look I put together a few items in my pre-existing closet. I am a gal on a budget anyway. I knew I wanted to mix in my favorite blanket scarf and Top Shop hat. When I put those together it struck me as a folksy/70s vibe. So I mixed my some flares and chambray shirt. I added the statement necklace for a little extra color and a modern feel. I wore this as I hung out with a friend and ran some errands. It was one of the few times someone literally stopped me to gush about how they liked the look. I was pretty flattered I won't like. This felt so chic but casual, effortless but actually was meticulously planned. :)
