The after Christmas lull has set in. I had a pretty relaxed weekend and got a lot of sleep, yet somehow still feel tired. On Friday night I relaxed with Derek and watched a movie, which was awesome. Saturday I visited my new niece and invited friends over for dinner. We are pretty old now and festivities ended before midnight. Sunday was our last Christmas stop of the weekend. On my mom's side we have been doing our Christmas celebration the weekend after the holiday. My mom is one of nine kids so we are a pretty big family and this is the best way to get us all in one room. The upside is that I pretty much get to see all my aunts, uncles and cousins. The downside is that it can get pretty warm in there. I try my best to dress accordingly because too much food + high temperature=nap. I went over to H&M yesterday with two objectives: 1) Find a sequined romper for New Year's  or 2) Find a fringe/kimono cardigan to put over the romper I already have. I found neither, but what I did find was perfect for our Christmas celebration. To start with it is the perfect Christmas red.I don't own a lot of red, I worked for Target all through high school, so I am slowly working my way back in to it. Second, it is lightweight so I will not over heat. Third, it's forgiving so I can eat all I want :) I paired it with  my new gigi leather panel leggings from J. Crew, ankle boots and this great spiked necklace I  have had for a few years.  Overall, I really love this shirt. Sometimes H &M hits it out of the park for me and this was one of those times. Plus, it's only $19.99 so you can't beat that! Oh also it is a hi-lo cut which is great for leggings so my bottom is covered, which is a must.
