So I have this problem...it's called a budget. Since starting this blog my clothes budget has definitely grown but it is not unlimited. As a result of this sad fact of middle income-hood, I need to get creative with what I already have in my closet. Today is a reflection of that. I thought I would play with a more casual look. Pairing plaid with a tee-shirt is a little out of my wheelhouse. This is more of a hipster look than I typically wear. I could definitely see myself rockin' this look in Fall in Northeast Minneapolis at one of our local breweries. I'm not your typical hipster, well, I'm not a hipster but I like to play with the vibe sometimes. It can feel like playing dress up, which I loved as a little girl so why not continue as an adult? ;) It was also really comfortable and warm on this freezing Minnesota day. Lastly, what I love about this outfit is that it is almost entirely local retailers. Love support my Minnesota business #minnesotansdoitbetter
