Lady-like Ruffles / My Monochromatic Life

Happy Wednesday! It is full swing fall around here and I have been ditching my more professional attire for cozy sweaters and flattering jeans. I recently got this sweater from PinkBlush and I love it. It is so soft. I cannot express this enough. It is like the inside of a new sweatshirt.You know this? Yes, amazing.

The detail that sold me though were the ruffles on the sleeves. Ruffles are still a pretty big trend and I have been hesitant about how to wear them. I am not typically a ruffle kind of person, generally too frilly for me but just the hint of this on the sleeves is the perfect amount. I tucked this shirt in as I think lately it's just more flattering for me. I love these distressed jeans for fall paired with a cute booties. I also added this fun metallic belt to break it up.
