Cropped Tops + Moto Boots / My Monochromatic Life

Hope you saw my post from Monday and these amazing moto boots I got last week. I decided they were too awesome to showcase once so I am doing it all week! Monday, I showed a more casual daytime look, but today is a little bit different.

This is another top I got forever ago and for some reasons, I never got it up. This Topshop tank I had been drooling over forever and eventually, I found it on sale at Nordstrom. A couple of colors are on sale still, but this top is only $24. A tank top seems silly at this time of year, but I really love it as a layering piece. This top is on the shorter side so you definitely will want to pair it with a high waisted jean or pant like I did here. I love the cowl neck here, I have always been a fan of this silhouette. There is an ease to it that is both chic and casual. I paired it with some simple jewelry to keep it really clean looking. The tucked in top to a high waisted jean creates that hourglass shape, even though I don't naturally possess it. The boots really edge this out. This look emulates the ultimate rock show look. If I were going to a concert in June this is 100% what I would wear. I do see a lot of concerts, so I will probably end up wearing this to one.
