Happy Monday! I had a really fantastic weekend and I hope you did too. Despite being a fairly cloudy weekend the weather was amazing. Relatively warm, with a slight breeze and the colors really showed this weekend. I cannot say this enough: I.Love.Fall.

Friday was a pretty relaxed night. After work I hit the gym. I ran a couple of errands including an Ulta stop. I was crossing my fingers the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette  was back in stock like the website said, but alas it was not. I spent way too much time there trying to pick out another item. I get most of my good makeup advice from Candice (She's Leaning In) so she advised me against a certain item that I bought anyway. Sometimes, I am just hard headed. I will have a review on this later. Afterwards I went home and D and I ended up falling asleep to Hunger Games Mocking Jay Part 2. Oh to be old and pregnant.

Saturday was a big day. It was my cousin's wedding and it was sure to be beautiful both he and his now wife have great taste. They got married at the St.Paul Cathedral, which is stunning in and of itself. Old Catholic churches have it on everybody else. Their grand, traditional and need no additional wedding decorations. The bridal party was gorgeous and meticulous designed.  The reception was at the James J. Hill Library. I had never been there but it was a gorgeous old library. When we walked in, our first nerd thought was "HOGWARTS!" It had that feel of it and my other cousin mentioned she was hoping for floating candles in the air. They both love to travel so we were assigned to tables by country and our names were in little suitcases you opened to discover which country you were sitting at. It was truly one of the most beautiful weddings I have every attended, complete with an absolute beautiful couple inside and out.

Sunday was a bit of a lazy day. I hoped to get up early enough to get to the gym, but my pups were so cuddly in the bed I just couldn't get out. I eventually did get to the gym because I had to run to the store anyway. D ran up to help a friend and when I got home he was working on the bathroom. We talked about painting the bathroom before we tiled it, so we ran to the store to get paint. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted. We picked a color and brought it home. D started painting and after completing part of it, we hated it. We wanted a unsaturated, darker green and some we got a mint. So we have to start over, but decided to give it up for a day. We ended the day ordering pizza and watching TV. Favorite. past time.

Dressing for the wedding on Saturday became quite the issue. I ordered one longer dress that I thought would be more flattering and elongate myself and my growing stomach. I really thought I would love it and I hated it. After some serious searching I came across this dress from ASOS Maternity.  I am coming to learn where all the great maternity clothes are and ASOS is definitely one of them. I love a bodycon dress on pregnant ladies. Like, let's just not hide it. Flaunt it if you got it, right? I loved it in black because it is slimming anyway. I thought the off the shoulder was perfect because of my naturally slim collar line. The whole name of the game for me was draw attention where I want it, not where I don't. I put my hair up to accentuate my neck and bought these stunning Bauble Bar earrings to draw attention up. As much as this dress is fantastic, I think the earrings really made it for me. When I put them on it just added more luxury to the look. I used my tried and trusty, nude Vince Camuto's as a nude heel helps elongate the leg. Overall, I think it was pretty successful.
