The weather this week has warmed up so it felt a bit like sweatshirt weather. Kind of late in the season for it but, hey, I ain't complaining. I want to soak up the last bit of Fall that I can and I needed the right sweatshirt to do it.

I have a million sweatshirts in my closet. One for every occasion ;) For a week like this I wanted one with some fun Fall colors that I could dress up for work if I wanted to or just stay casual for the weekend. This weekend I rocked this sweatshirt from Philomena + Ruth . Honestly, and I was super loving this pattern. A little southwest flair in the pattern and color choices. I also loved that it is pieces and not just one big superhero style pattern in the middle. The sectioned off pieces add a little fashion element to this. As soon as I saw this I just felt very New Mexico desert vibe. It just felt like it called for a hat, right? To protect from the desert sun, right? I also added a chambray underneath to dress it up a bit and compliment the colors on the pattern. If the jeans were not distressed I could totally wear this to work. For the weekend I love a distressed jean for a casual vibe especially paired with a bootie.
