This past weekend if you read my Monday post, you know I hit up a rock concert. Typically for a concert, I like to go with mostly black and some edgy details. However, I was going to a concert pretty far outside the cities and in an old-fashioned ballroom. I was not sure exactly what to think or to dress. I decided to keep it simple but with an edge. I found this top at Target as part of their Who What Wear collection. I really love this line. It is always classic but with fun patterns and silhouettes. Also, cause it's Target it is super budget friendly.
I saw this top and was like 'done, mine!' Y'all know I love a stripe, especially black and white. Then when I saw this deep V back I was totally sold. I do love some fun back details on a top. I knew that this would work perfectly with some other items I got in my closet. I bought a medium is this because I did not want it to be too clingy on me. I think I could have done a small, but it works out well because I can tuck it in, which I decided to do to keep a clean, more old rock look. I paired it with my absolute fav distressed black jeans and these new black booties from local fav, Primp. I completed with the look with some layered necklaces for a little bling and add some interesting details to this clean look. I found this super fun choker necklace at Target in their Sugarfix by Bauble Bar collection. I also added this bracelet. Here is the downside, I could not find some of these items on their website but I just bought them so they are likely in store. I did link some similar items for your shopping pleasure!
