Happy Friday party people! After what is a relatively boring week and my countdown to Mexico begins (T-minus 8 days) I thought I would share my most recent Stitch Fix.

I post a lot about Stitch Fix and if you have not checked them out yet I highly encourage it. It took me a bit to figure out how to work with it, but once I did and found the best stylist for me ever I love it so much!
I saw this top and from when I was styling I remembered it. I am not typically a huge fan of halters. Post about 22, my body just does not look right for it. This also has this kind of clingy fabric that just hits in the wrong places. I really did like the braiding, which was my favorite part. I had a sizing problem this fix (my fault, I have dropped down a size) and I thought about exchanging for a small but at the end of the day it just was not my favorite. Back it went.

I really wanted another pair of denim shorts. I have one pair but they are really light colored so I wanted a darker or medium wash option. Shorts are tricky for me sometimes the size I need fit well in the waist but are too tight on my thighs and vice versa. This was another sizing issue and again I thought about exchanging, but it was a little pricey for shorts so I passed.
3. Q+A NEVIL SMOCKING DETAIL OFF THE SHOULDER
This is typically not something I would like. The ruching around the bust and empire type waist are typically things I stay away from. However, I do love to show off my shoulders and collarbone and this is perfect for that. I also exchanged for a smaller side and it definitely helped make it look sleeker for the silhouette. I also really loved the colors on this as fun for Mexico. I could easily wear this more casually with some shorts or with a cropped jean for dinner. So I kept it!

As previously mentioned shorts are tough for me. My waist to thigh ratio is all messed up. I do like a short with an elastic waist that lays a little more flush to my skin. I similarly exchanged these for a smaller size because the waist was a bit big. They are snug in the thighs but the material feels like it could stretch a little so I kept the smaller size. This color is also super gorgeous. I have been really into purples and deep burgundies this past year, so my stylist did a great job picking a color!
5. REBECCA MINKOFF GEO STONE STATEMENT EARRINGS
Last but certainly not least, these earrings. These were literally the first thing I opened and I gasped. First, these are Rebecca Minkoff swoon. I love her pieces so much. I am also building up my collection of big ol' earrings so these were a much welcome item to my accessories. The colors are super fun and the tassel/pom pom combo will be so fun for a night out in Mexico. Truth be told, I wore them out the night I got them. Think I can pull these off at work?
