Although the calendar says Spring it certainly does not feel like it here in Minneapolis.. It has been dreary, drizzly and cold. That will not stop me from wearing my favorite Spring looks. Case in point: this ensemble. I recently picked up this shirt form Banana Republic (check out Monday Round Up for my feelings about  BR these days) on sale. It is one of their soft wash shirts. It is so soft and lovely, fits like a boyfriend shirt. I am playing around with it still to find the best way to wear it. Honestly, after I took this photo I slipped on my leggings and just wore it untucked around the house. It was so comfortable. I also decided it was time to whip out those white jeans. It is probably still "too early" according to fashion rules, but I once heard that fashion is the place where rules go to be broken. So ha ha rules! My favorite part of this look is that I feel transported to a yacht in the Hamptons, or sipping cocktails on lakeside patio. I love clothes that transcend my everyday moment and truly make me feel different. With this rainy Spring, transportation is necessary :)
