Canadian Tuxedo / My Monochromatic Life

So this weekend D and I were out shopping for something for him to wear to dinner. I found this chic chambray-esque shirt for him and he goes " I am not wearing a Canadian tuxedo." So that didn't go over well. However it did inspire this post. This is basically the dress equivalent of the Canadian tuxedo. I was shopping the other weekend with one of my favorite shopping buddies. I went into one of my favorite boutiques, Primp, and saw this on the mannequin. I bought it without even trying it on. I love it so much and it has pockets!! Ah! who doesn't love a pocket? I paired it with this marble pedant necklace from Sisu and the best brown boots I ever bought.
